Josy Laza Gallagher has more than 25 years of experience as an international consultant and coach, focused on team dynamics, executive leadership, talent management, and cross cultural competencies. Josy has worked with such clients as Hewlett Packard S.A. DLA Piper, Federal Reserve Bank, Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, BP, Sloane Kettering Cancer Center, Microsoft, PPL Electric Utilities, Sodexo, Ogilvy & Mather, Exxon-Mobil, Capital One and Leidos.

Josy is an executive coach for the Ascent Multicultural Women’s Leadership Program of Tuck Business School at Dartmouth. Josy has a passion for seeing everyone perform at his or her full potential. She is a Tuck lecturer for the 2016 Cuba Global Insight Expedition. As Vice-President, Training & OD of Global One (an international telecom start-up) Josy was responsible for creating and leading the Training and Development Department including managing budgets, leading worldwide centers of excellence and projects to develop global leaders and strategic competencies (e.g., sales management, product introduction, customer service, leadership, communication skills).

Roseanne Lopez, President, Lopez Consulting Group LLC, is a Certified Management Consultant, has 30 years of experience working for, or providing specialized consulting to, a broad array of clients. Additionally, she is a specialist regarding linking market trends with organizational alignment. Roseanne has worked for technology companies leading consulting practices and was formerly a Partner with Deloitte & Touche where she was responsible for leading a West Coast consulting practice. Roseanne serves on community and national boards. She is one of the founding members of Madrinas, a Latina Leaders Network. She has served as the National President, Chair of Sponsorship and serves currently as the Treasurer.

Marisol Cardona is a Senior Brokerage Operations Associate at Prudential Retirement. She has over 18-years experience in the financial services industry with expertise in banking and brokerage operations, having earned the coveted certification as an Accredited ACH (Automated Clearing House) Professional (AAP).

For more than a decade, Marisol has developed a deep passion for charitable work which was inspired by the Center for Latino Progress, formerly the CT Puerto Rican Forum where she attended a program as a young adult.  Marisol is actively engaged in community outreach and has volunteered in many clean-up/beautification efforts, led book and clothing drives, helped survivors of domestic violence construct resumes and cover letters, raised funds for AIDs research, and is a mentor and role model to many in her community and professional circle. These outreach efforts align closely with Prudential’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and earned Marisol a 2014 & 2015 nomination by her peers for the Community Heroes award.

Marisol currently serves as a board member on three local Hartford community organizations; Friends of Pope Park, CT – Alive, Latino Community Services, and is also a board member of Madrinas, which is an organization designed for Latina professionals.

Marisol Cardona is a native of Hartford, CT and is the oldest of four children. Her parents migrated to Connecticut from Puerto Rico. Marisol currently resides in Meriden, CT with her Husband and youngest son.

She transforms processes through project implementation enabling businesses to grow in scale through technology and innovation. She is highly skilled in creating systems that standardize large-scale, multi-location operations, improving customer-centricity and sales while reducing costs.

Monica Sanchez possesses management expertise in insurance and financial services, telecommunications, construction, and oil & gas companies. She utilizes excellent communication skills to recruit, mentor, and lead talented teams. She works collaboratively with business sponsors and teams.

She served in various leadership roles including Information Officer and Divisional CIO for Latin America and the Caribbean, CIO for Argentina and Uruguay at AIG as well as Project Director at Atos.

Ms. Sanchez is a frequently requested speaker for Women Leaders’ forums and CIO’s gatherings. As the chairperson for the Global Women in Technology Development and Education subcommittee at AIG, she gave a series of lectures across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the US for Women and IT Professionals.

Monica Sanchez holds both a bachelor degree in Information Technology and an Executive MBA from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.
