Daisy Aguilar Guzman is currently Director, Global Performance & Development at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she is responsible for leading the communications and change management strategy and implementation for the launch and adoption of J&J’s Global Performance & Development approach.
She joined J&J in March 2006. Prior to joining J&J Daisy held roles of increasing responsibility in DuPont and AstraZeneca where she provided HR strategic support to several functions such as Operations, Global Finance and Information Systems. Government & State Affairs, External Affairs, NA Sales, among others.
Daisy received her B.S. in Education with a concentration in Deaf Studies from Boston University. She also holds a Master’s in Education degree in Counseling & Consulting Psychology from Harvard University and a Masters in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Ohio State University. She is a certified Covey Leadership and Multipliers Leadership facilitator and Executive Coach (ICF). She is a Board of Director’s member of Madrinas.org, a Latina Executive non-profit organization, since January 2015.
Daisy is a principle based, results oriented HR Leader, with a passion for talent development and connecting with business leaders to create and implement strategies that create diverse and inclusive working environments that drive business results.
